AFP charges 23 people, mostly Cairns residents, with child exploitation offences

Children in Australia and overseas have been saved from exploitation with the arrest of 23 people, mainly in far north Queensland.

Australian authorities have laid 148 charges related to child exploitation material against those arrested.
