Police have made a major breakthrough in their investigation into the disappearance of missing Adelaide man Michael Jeffrey Purse, and have charged three men over his alleged murder.
- Michael Jeffrey Purse was declared missing in 2019, months after his last known sighting
- Detectives today arrested three men at addresses in Adelaide, Northfield and Prospect
- Mr Purse’s body has never been found
The last known sighting of the 32-year-old was on February 6, 2019, in Adelaide’s CBD, but his body has never been found.
He was reported missing on April 24, 2019, and police declared his disappearance a major crime months later in June, saying they believed Mr Purse had been murdered.
